Vegan Ginger Chocolate Cake

This is decadence!

Variation - I doubled this recipe and used a bundt pan with small cut up pieces of candied ginger in the bottom of the pan.

Ingredients: 

11/2 cups white flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp white vinegar


Directions

  1. Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, sea salt, raw sugar into an ungreased 8 inch square pan.
  2. In a lage measuring cup mix; oil, water, and vanilla
  3. Pour liquid into dry and mix gently until smooth
  4. When batter is smooth add vinegar and stir gently until fluffy and it bubbles at bit.

Servings: 

4 to 6

Preparation Time: 

Bake at 375 degrees fairenheidt for 25 to 30 minutes
