1 Whole Egg (Optional)
1/4 cup of Bell Peppers; BOTH Green & Red (finely chopped)
1/4 cup of chopped Red Onions
1/4 cup of Broccoli & Cauliflower (chopped, I preferred them pre-cooked/steamed)
1/4 tsp of Organic No-Salt Seasoning (Kirkland Signature or Mrs. Dash No Salt All Natural Seasoning)
1 dash of Black Pepper (optional)
1 dash of Dry Parsley
1 tbsp of olive or canola oil
1. Heat oil in a small pan (low to medium heat)
2. Sauté all vegetables together, add 1-2 Tbsp of water if cooking Broccoli & Cauliflower raw and cover for 2 minutes or until softened.
3. Add seasonings and black pepper
4. Lightly scramble/mix egg whites and whole egg together
5. Add eggs to pan let it cook for amount 2-3 minutes, as if your cooking pancakes!:() then carefully flip for about 1-2 minutes,
5. Add Dry Parsley for flavor and garnish!
6. Enjoy this very nutritious, and delicious frittata for breakfast!! I'll guarantee it will give the energy to take over the world!!! At least it holds me until 2pm! Lol
