Vegetable Sheekh

Ingredients: 

- 1 bunch Spinach
- 3 Eggs (One on top, 2 mixed in)
- 1 tbsp Besan
- 2 Bread slices
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 2 Green chillies
- Dry masala: Jeera powder, Dhanya powder, Red Chilli powder, Haldi powder
- Ginger Garlic paste

Note: Can also add other small vegetables like potato and so on instead of spinach.


  1. Wash and chop the Spinach finely.
  2. To it add 2 eggs, 1 tbsp Besan, 2 Bread slices soaked in Milk, salt, finely chopped green chillies, all dry masalas, and some chopped coriander leaves. Also add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Mix it all well.
  4. Oil a flat lagan, spread the above mixture on it.
  5. Spread 1 beaten egg on top.
  6. Now, cover and cook placing it on a tawa on the stove (not direct heat) OR bake it in a oven.
  7. Cut into pieces and serve with roti and tomato sauce.
