Ingredients: 

6 cups cooked rice (the older the better)
2 cups kimchi, cut into small pieces
½ zucchini, diced
3, 4 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, finely diced
4 eggs, sunny side up
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sugar (if using older kimchi)
2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
