Ingredients: 

8 oz wholegrain spaghetti, broken in half
1 cup pasta sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
½ tsp dried basil, ¼ tsp dried oregano
1 large zucchini, unpeeled and shredded
salt and ground black pepper
4 large eggs
½ cup skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
¼ grated parmesan
1/2 C Mozzarella
