Warm chocolate cake

Ingredients: 

For 1 regular and 3 mini heart ramekins

66gm butter
66gm chocolate
2 eggs
32gm flour
66gm icing sugar
Dash of salt


1) Pre-heat oven to 140C.
2) Melt butter and chocolate in a double-boiler.
3) Beat eggs, flour, sugar and salt together. SIFT flour!!
4) Pour (2) into (3), mix till combined.
5) Coat ramekins with melted butter and then coat with flour.
6) Pour mixture into ramekins.
7) Turn up oven to 200C. Bake 8 mins for minis and 10 for regular.
