3 Pounds Large Shrimp, Cooked, Peeled and Tails Removed
1 Each Red Onion, Green Pepper & Red Pepper
2 Large Cucumbers, Peeled and Seeded
1 Jalapeno Pepper
3 Large Roma/Plum Tomatoes (Ripe)
Salt/Pepper to Taste
¾ Cup of Lime Juice mixed with 1 Tsp. Splenda
Joseph Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread
