White Chili

Ingredients: 

2 cans of small white beans (15.5 oz/each)
2 cans of garbanzo beans (15.5 oz/each)
2 cans of great northern beans (15.5oz/each)
1 jar of minced garlic (4.5 oz)
2 large cans of chicken broth (48 oz/each)
1 large red bell pepper, diced
3 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 portabello mushroom, diced
1 large onion, diced
1.5 lb italian sausage (hot or sweet, can use 1/2 and 1/2)
1 lb chopped steak
2 lbs of chicken breast
1 bottle of cumin (1.5oz)
4 tablespoons of black pepper/salt mix (peppered season-all)
2 tablespoons or white pepper
Sour cream, cheese and crackers, as desired (add to serve)


  1. Boil chicken breasts and cut into small cubes
  2. Brown the steak and sausage in 1 cup of chicken broth (do not add chicken yet)
  3. Add the diced mushroom, onions, peppers and garlic and cook until tender
  4. Add the chicken, beans and spices
  5. Add the remaining chicken browth and heat until boiling.  Stir.
  6. Boil on medium heat for 30 minutes while stirring occasionally.
