White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients: 

2/3 c soft butter
2/3 c br sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 t salt
1t baking soda
1 1/4 c dried cranberries
2/3 c chopped white chocolate

  1. Cream butter and  br sugar
  2. Add eggs & beat well
  3. Combine oats, flour,salt & baking soda & stir into butter mix.
  4. Stir in cranberries and chocolate.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet..
  6. Bake @ 375 10-12 min.
