White Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients: 

3 C sugar
1 C milk
1 stick butter
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
3 T peanut butter

  1. Put sugar, milk, butter and salt into pan
  2. Cook over medium heat until soft ball forms in cold water (235*)
  3. Remove from heat 
  4. Add vanilla and peanut butter
  5. Beat mixture on medium speed until starts to harden
  6. Pour in buttered dish
  7. Cool and cut
  8.
