White Sangria

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup sugar
2 (750-milliliter) bottles dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay work well)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Triple Sec
2 to 3 lemon/lime soda, chilled
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
strawberries


Directions

  1. Bring sugar and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is  dissolved. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
     
  2. Combine sugar mixture, wine and next 2 ingredients in a large container; add fruit.
     
  3. Cover and chill for 4 hours
     
  4. Stir in club soda just before serving, over ice
