Ingredients: 

eggs
sugar
oil
cinnamon
self-rising flour
cinnamon
1-2 medium zucchini

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil
  2. Add flour and cinnamon
  3. Add zucchini
  4. bake at 350 degrees
