Zucchini Bread

Ingredients: 

Wet
1 large or 2 small zucchini, FINELY shredded (about 2-3 cups) (do not drain; recipe uses the liquid)
1/4 cup hemp seeds blended with 1 1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp lemon juice (Santa Cruz Organic is corn free)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 Tbsp flax seed
Dry (separate bowl)
1 1/4 cups garbanzo flour
1 1/4 cups millet flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup arrowroot starch
1 1/2 tsp guar gum
