Ingredients

  •  Whole zucchini, peeled

For the MARINARA SAUCE

  • 1 ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt dash cayenne

Directions

  1. Take the peeled whole zucchini, and put it in a vegetable spiral cutter and slice into strings of thin zucchini slices, which look exactly like pasta.
