I love cooking and trying new recipes - the more flavor the better! I love spicy foods and eating healthy, well-balanced meals. I'm always looking for ways to make a recipe healthier, although sometimes it's just not possible! I have an egg allergy, so all my recipes are egg-free or can be made with egg-free substitutes. I have friends anywhere from gluten-free to paleo to vegetarian - I like finding recipes for all dietary restrictions or finding how to alter a recipe to fit many needs!
