I am currently completing a bachelor of education in primary school teaching & I'm finding it difficult to eat healthy. Often I resort to a carb based diet as I am always looking for the cheapest and quickest option. My mission is to change my eating habits and find just as cheap and quick options for meals but hopefully more healthier!

Looks yummy. I wonder if the toasted hazelnuts would make it feel as if you were eating broccoli with Nutella. Interesting combination but i sure am excited to give this recipe a go.
