This sherbet gets very hard in the freezer and is a challenge to serve. Rather than leaving the whole container out for 10-15 minutes to soften, I got these glass bowls from Amazon - http://goo.gl/unJ80. The 12 containers are the perfect size for this recipe. Now we just take a couple out of the freezer as we start our meal and they're soft enough to eat by the time we're ready for dessert.
