Celery, chopped
Mayonnaise, preferably homemade
Old bay seasoning
Lemon juice
Sourdough, toasted
In preparation, I made mayonnaise in 2 minutes. Boil water in a pot. Place shrimp in pot for exactly 3 minutes. Remove shrimp and place in bowl of ice water. Allows shrimp to chill.
Remove shrimp's tails, and dry on paper towels. In a clean, dry bowl add shrimp. Dust with old bay, add a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add celery. Add mayonnaise to coat.
Serve on sourdough toast.
