3lb Chuck Roast (look for a trim roast)
1 16oz. jar of Pickled Pepperocini Peppers (sliced or whole)
4 cloves garlic smashed (or 4 tsp minced)
Sliced Skim Provolone Cheese (or Shredded Mozzarella)
Salt & Pepper
