200g soft cheese (room temperature)
50g sugar
2 eggs, beaten
30g plain flour
200ml double cream
a few drops of vanilla essence
2 tbsp lemon juice
oreo biscuit (without cream) 70g (about 1 pack)
50g unsalted butter
1. Remove cream from Oreo cookies and crumble the cookies. Add melted butter to the cookie crumbles.
2. Cover the bottom of the cake tin with baking sheet.
3. spread cookie crumble on the bottom of the tin.
4. Whisk the soft cheese (room temperature).
5. Add sugar and mix it well.
6. Add beaten eggs several times.
7. Sift the flour and add it to the mixture.
8. Add double cream, lemon juice and vanilla essense.
9. Pour the mixture into the tin.
10. 180C oven, 45-50 minutes.
11. Put the cake in the fridge for 3 hours.
