滷牛腱食譜

Ingredients: 

牛腱600g、玉桂皮5g、八角5g、老薑片100g、蔥段75g、紹興酒100cc、醬油100cc、冰糖50g、白蘿蔔300g


1.牛腱去除表皮筋膜,牛筋保留備用。

2.炒鍋加3大匙香油,爆香薑片、蔥段、玉桂、八角,下冰糖炒融化,加水煮勻,再倒入滾水鍋。

3.同上鍋下紹興酒、醬油、白蘿蔔片煮勻,再下做法1牛腱肉、牛筋煮2.5小時。
