I use this topping on everything I bake, On Shrimp, Chicken, Lamb, creates a flavorful crust and helps protect the product.

Ingredients: 

1 cup course bread crumbs
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
chopped parsley
salt & pepper
zest and juice of 1 lemon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  2. Keeps for about a week.
