Get Started - 100% free to try - join in 30 seconds1 package of dry buckwheat noodle (you can get it from any Korean store, the small pack)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1-2 purple onion
15-20 dry mushroom (soaked and reconstituted as directed)
4-5 green onion
Sesame seed (optional)
1. Boil the dry noodle in a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes until it is soft. Follow the directions on the noodle package.
2. Cut all the vegetable and sautéed with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil until tender, then remove from the pan
3. Use the same pan to make a sauce: add a little here and there ( I think)
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
1-2 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Mix all the above and let it cook until boil
4. Once the sauce is boiled, add drained noodle to the pan, mix well, then fold in cooked vegetable
5. Put on a serving plate, and that’s it
