Anna Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients: 

3/4 C oleo
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 C B sugar packed
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/4 C flour
1 t B power
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
2 1/2 C quick oats

  1. Cream oleo, sugars, eggs and vanilla
  2. Sift flour, power, soda and salt
  3. Combine cream and flour ingredients
  4. Add oats
  5. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 375* for 10 to 12 minutes
