1/4 cup parmesan or romano cheese shredded
1/4 cup part skim mozzraella cheese shredded
1/4 cup light mayonnasie
1 t dijon mustard
1 t garlic minced
1 t lemon juice
6 oz crab meat
1 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
non stick cooking spray
