Apple Scotch Crisp

Ingredients: 

4 C medium sliced peeled apples
1/2 C B sugar packed
1 T flour
1/4 C milk
1/2 C water
Topping
2/3 C flour
1/4 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1/2 C quick oats
1 t cinnamon
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C oleo melted
1 pkg vanilla or butterscotch pudding (not instant mix)


  1. Prepare topping by mixing ingredients together and set aside
  2. Mix together sugar, flour, milk and water
  3. Combine with apples
  4. Pour into 9" baking dish
  5. Sprinkle topping over apples
  6. Bake at 350* for 45 to 50 minutes
  7.
