320 gr. arroz de grano redondo, 2 peras, 50 gr. bacón, 150 gr. gorgonzola dolce, media cebolla, 40 gr. de parmesano o grana padano rallado, una hoja de laurel, una ramita de romero, 50 gr. mantequilla, sal, pimienta.
