Asian Beef Skewers With Cilantro Gremolata

Ingredients: 

1⁄2 c low-sodium soy sauce
1⁄2 t toasted sesame oil
1 c orange juice
1⁄4 c honey
2 tablespoons peeled, finely chopped ginger
3 clv garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons sliced scallions, plus extra for garnish
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb top sirloin, sliced into chunks, about 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch thick Bamboo skewers soaked in water for 2 hours
Gremolata
2 clv garlic, crushed
Zest of 1 lemon 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
1⁄2 c chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons olive oil
