1/8 tsp salt
pepper
1 medium shallot, thinly sliced
6 heads of baby bok choy
2 Tbsp spicy tamari dipping sauce, divided
2 Tbsp raw, unsalted peanuts, chopped

Spicy Tamari Dipping Sauce
2 Tbsp tamari
juice of 2 limes
1 tsp honey
4 dashes hot sauce (or more, to taste)
