Ingredients: 

1 small butternut squash (if you use a bigger squash, just make double the sauce and use two baking sheets)
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup (you can use honey too)
1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
