Avocado, Corn & Bean Dip

Ingredients: 

1 11 oz can white Shoepeg corn
1 15 oz can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
2 avocados, diced
green onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Mix all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
