B c lemon chix and rice

Ingredients: 

1/3 C water
1 T lemon juice
2 t cornstarch
2 T honey
1 t lemon peel
1 C rice
1 t olive oil
1/2 lb chix breasts diced
1/2 t salt
3 green onions
1 small orange bell pepper


Stir 1/3 C water
Lemon juice
Cornstarch
Honey
And lemon peel
Until cornstarch is dissolved

Cook rice

In skillet heat oil over med high. Add chix sprinkle w salt. Cook 2-3 min. Stir in onions and peppers. Cook 2-4 minutes. Reduce to low.

Stir prev mixture. Pour into skillet stir. Serve over rice.
