The flavors in this dish blend together so well…very, very tasty.
2 t. oil, divided
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Bosc pears, cored and cut into 8 wedges
1 c. chicken broth
3 T. balsamic vinegar
2 t. cornstarch
1-1/2 t. sugar
1/4 c. dried cherries or raisins
