3 Tbsp golden raisins
2 Tbsp Italian Classics Shredded Pecorino-Romano Cheese (Cheese Shop)
1/2 cup Italian Classics Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp Italian Classics Pine Nuts, toasted
Wegmans Sea Salt and freshly cracked pepper
1 lb Wegmans 80% Lean Ground Beef
2 pkgs (1-1 1/2 lbs each) Top Round Beef Cutlets
Wegmans Pan Searing Flour
2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups dry red wine
2 jars (24 oz each) Italian Classics Grandma's Pomodoro Sauce (Grocery Dept) or 2 pkgs (24 oz each) Italian Classics Seasoned Tomato Sauce (Prepared Foods)
