Bacon fat removed
140g tomato purée
Onion
1 carrot
2 sticks celery
Splash balsamic vinegar
2 beef stock cubes
2 bay leafs
500ml hot water
Blitz onion celery and carrot in food processor. Cook bacon bits then add onion/celery/carrot mix, soften. Add mince til brown and the add splash balsamic vinegar.
Add tomato purée, beef stock cubes, bay leafs and hot water. Simmer low or slow cook for 3hours.
