Beef on Wick

4c Flour
1 1/2c Water - warm
pinch of sugar
2 yeast packet
Olive Oil
Egg white
Sea Salt
Caraway Seeds

Beef Broth
Roast Beef
Horse Radish

  1. Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water
  2. Let yeast rise
  3. Add to flour and olive oil, let rise for one hour
  4. break in to roll sized chunks on sprayed baking sheet and let rise again
  5. Coat with egg whites, sprinkle on sea salt and caraway seeds
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 mins
  7. Warm beef broth, add in roast beef
  8. Serve warm, place beef on rolls and garnish with horse radish
