1 1/2 cups Blueberries
1/2 cup Pistachios, Shelled/Chopped & Salted/Roasted
6 ounces Goat Cheese
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 pinch Coarse Salt, or to Taste
1 dash Ground Black Peppercorn, or to Taste
1/4 Bunch Fresh Sprigs Thyme
