Ingredients: 

200 ml de claras
3 scoops cheio de whey de morango
5 colheres cheias de farinha de coco
50 ml de leite de coco light
50g de coco sem acucar
adocante tal qual a gosto
1 colher de chá de fermento..


Misture tudo com uma colher e leve ao forno por 30 min.
