2 cups of canned plum tomatoes, chopped
1 cup of bacon, cubed
2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
