•2fresh fennel bulbs, trimmed, halved, very thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
•1small onion, thinly sliced
•1very large carrot, peeled, coarsely shredded
•3/4cupmayonnaise
•1/2cupsour cream
•2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
•1/2teaspoonsugar
•1/2teaspoonhot pepper sauce
