Carrot, Butternut Squash and Corriander Soup

Ingredients: 

2 tb Rapeseed oil (I find this lower in saturated fats than other oils)
2 Red Onions
2 ts Garlic Purée (I buy the wee glass jar of the garlic purée for convenience)
600g Carrots (Wouldn't worry about exact quantity)
1 Butternut Squash
Chicken Stock
Bunch of Coriander
2 ts Cumin
0% Fat Greek Yoghur
