Cheddar potato caseeole

Ingredients: 

Potato casserole

6 to 10 medium potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
d1 bunch green onions
3 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. melted butter
1/3 C. bread crumbs
Directions

Cook potatoes in salt water until soft. Cool, peel and grate. Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
