Makes 8 potato skins


4 medium russet potatoes
2/3 cup raw cashews
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Sea salt, to taste
2 pinches of turmeric, for color
1 cup crumbled tempeh
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/3 cup+ BBQ sauce divided
3 tablespoons diced red onion
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
