Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients: 

3 eggs, beaten
3 T milk
4 - 8 oz round steaks, tenderized
2 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c vegetable oil


Combine eggs and milk in a bowl.  Dip meat into egg mixture, then dredge in crumbs.  Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.  Saute 3-5 minutes per side or until browned.  Reduce heat to low.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Cover tightly and cook 45 minutes.
