2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2" Piece Ginger Root, minced
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Marinade
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Dry Sherry
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
½ tsp Sesame Oil
