On the back they have directions for putting it together (I think you'll need 2 jars of sauce, 4 cups of mozz cheese, 1/2 cup of Parm. cheese and an egg).
To make it more veggie, I defrost a 10oz box of frozen chopped spinach and mix it in with the cheese (it make it easier to spread this way). I also found that zucchini, yellow squash and other colorful veggies (that you can slice and layer) go well. For the harder veggies, like zucchini and squash, I cut them and then par boil them in boiling water for about 5 min so they soften up a bit. And then just layer as you wish :) If you have lots of veggies in there, you may find that you won't be able to fit the last set of noodles.\
Then just cook at directed. Spray olive oil on the foil before you cover the dish so it reduces the chance the cheese will stick and come off when you remove the foil.
