1/3 cup butter melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
One half teaspoon vanilla
Milk about 4 teaspoons
Pecan halves optional
Grease a 12 inch pizza pan; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, flatten Thawed dough lightly. Cut each loaf into four pieces eight pieces total. Roll each piece into a roll about 18 inches long. Brush each rope on all sides with melted butter.
Stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Place mixture in shallow pan. Roll out each rope in sugar mixture to coat evenly. Shape rope into coil in center of greased 12 inch pan. Continue rolling each rope in sugar and attach each one to the end of the other and coil around. Pinch at each attachment. You should have a circle about 10 to 11 inches in diameter. Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture over the coil. Sprinkle the one half cup chopped pecans on top. Cover and let rise in warm place till nearly double, 30 to 40 minutes or cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight in refrigerator. Remove from her fridge or raider and let's stand 15 to 20 minutes before baking. Bake in 350 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cover with foil if necessary to prevent browning. Cool for 15 minutes. Stir together powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk to make a thick glaze. Spoon over coffeecake. Decorate with pecan halves. Serve warm. Serves 16.
