6 Tbs. cold butter
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Filling
5 eggs
1 cup creme fraiche
5 slices thick cut bacon
1/2 lb. Comté cheese, grated
Fresh herbs
Nutmeg
Salt/Pepper
