Cocoa Glaze


2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup cocoa
3 tablespoons water
1 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat; add cocoa and water, stirring constantly with a whisk, until mixture thickens. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Blend in confectioners sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour over cake or cookies. About 1 cup glaze.
