Coconut Almond Granola

Ingredients: 

2 cups rolled oats (I used thick cut, but old fashioned rolled oats are fine)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
